♥ To trust my intuition. If something does not feel right at first, I should not be afraid to walk away from it.
♥ To be me. I should not be afraid to disappoint others in the process. One cannot please everyone.
♥ To be a friend to someone who is actually a friend to me. Friendship is a two-way process.
♥ That nothing is coincidence. Although it maybe difficult to grasp at first, things do happen for a reason. In time, everything will fall into place.
♥ To believe in miracles. All i need is to ask for it. It happens all the time but sometimes I am too blind to see it.
♥ The older I get, the harder my heart breaks. I must learn to not give my heart to just anyone.
♥ Words mean absolutely nothing without actions.
♥ It is great to try and try and try again. But at times, we also have to learn to let go.
♥ If someone wants to be with me, they will move heaven and earth to do so. I should therefore not waste my time on someone who barely moves for me.
♥ All endings open up to new beginnings. I should therefore not spend too long mourning when I should be rejoicing exciting beginnings.
♥ Most importantly, life taught me that it is the journey, with its twists and turns and ups and downs, that matters. Destination is only a by-product.
